Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Support Engineer in IT service management to join a global leader. You will implement scripting-based automation for provisioning, lifecycle, and software deployment, while troubleshooting incidents and developing SOPs.

The role requires a technical foundation across Windows, Linux, or macOS, familiarity with APIs and deployment tools, and strong communication in English with Dutch conversational skills.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows, Linux or macOS administration.
Experience scripting and using deployment tools and APIs.
Experience in basic network troubleshooting.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Fluent in English; conversational Dutch.

Responsibilities

Implement scripting or tool-based automation for device provisioning, user lifecycle, and software deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
Develop knowledge articles and SOPs.
Ensure endpoint assets are recorded, managed, maintained and compliant.
Collaborate with network teams to ensure secure, consistent endpoint connectivity.
