Qualifications

• Technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration.
• Experience in network troubleshooting.
• ITIL Foundation certification; fluent English and basic Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Implement scripting/tool-based automation for device provisioning, user lifecycle, and software deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
• Develop knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Ensure all endpoint assets are recorded, managed, and compliant.
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure secure connectivity.
• Technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration.
