Job summary

Phenom in Rotterdam is seeking a hands-on IT Support specialist to maintain endpoint devices and office infrastructure for a global team. You will handle MacOS, Windows, and Ubuntu systems, manage MDM, and support conference room setups in a dynamic, fast-growing AI-powered company.

The role is onsite at the Rotterdam office, requiring strong English communication and collaboration with global IT teams. Prior experience with Jira Service Management and security policies is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Device Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for MacOS, Windows and Ubuntu systems; Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues; Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets using Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Conference Room & IT Setup: Set up and maintain AV equipment, conference room systems, and remote meeting solutions; Troubleshoot video conferencing tools and hardware for seamless communication.
• MDM Management, User Access & IT Security: Deploy and manage devices using Endpoint Central, Mosyle, and other MDM solutions; Manage user accounts, access controls, IT security policies and compliance; Provide support for VPN, endpoint security, and system updates.
• Networking & Infrastructure: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Cisco Meraki configurations; Support network connectivity issues and ensure a stable IT environment.
