Job summary

USoft is seeking a Support Coordinator to act as the vital link between clients, products, and development teams, ensuring a high-quality support experience for developers, end-users, and commercial managers.

You will take ownership of incoming questions, coordinate tickets, and support our team with proactive communication, root-cause analysis, and collaboration. Occasional on-site visits within the country and possible international travel are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Adaptability and stress management under changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to analyze issues and identify root causes through systematic debugging.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of support tickets from intake to resolution and provide a positive experience.
• Communicate proactively with clients, colleagues, and management to keep everyone informed.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple support requests and tasks, balancing urgent issues with improvements.
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices for colleagues and clients.
