Job summary

USoft is seeking an R&D software developer in our DevOps team to work in-house on our own low-code platform. You will help shape the front-end framework used by partners and customers to build high-quality software.

You will analyze market trends, contribute ideas, and participate in agile rituals to plan the product roadmap. Proficiency in JavaScript, Java (JAX-RS) with HTML5/CSS and experience with Vue, React, or Angular is expected. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java (JAX-RS) and HTML5/CSS is required.
• Familiarity with Vue, React or Angular is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into frontend features.
• Experience contributing to R&D roadmaps in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential opportunities and identify market trends.
• Contribute ideas and build, design and test them.
• Build and improve products in the platform with the team.
• Participate in PIs and agile rituals to plan the roadmap.
