Job summary

AV Flexologic B.V. is seeking a Customer Support & Service Sales Engineer to support the Service & Support Department. Hybrid role with approx. 30% travel to customer sites for on-site service, training and engagement.

You will coordinate tickets, gather data, analyze performance, and drive upgrades, spare parts kits and service contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO level education in technical or commercial fields.
• 1–2 years in customer support, service engineering or technical sales.
• Strong English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM/ticketing systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
• Analytical, data-driven, customer-oriented and collaborative.
• Willing to travel approximately 30% for visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive warranty reduction and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze field feedback to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production and Engineering on improvements.
• Present insights to stakeholders for product/process enhancements.
• Coordinate AV Flexologic Care Plans and renewals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities from equipment usage and lifecycle.
• Promote spare parts, upgrades and service contracts.
• Coordinate and manage support tickets in the system.
• Ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused resolutions.
• Work with field engineers to deliver high-quality support.
