Job summary

USoft is seeking an experienced R&D software developer to join the in-house DevOps team working on our own low-code platform. You will help shape the product roadmap, perform research, and implement improvements with a team of nine colleagues in a hybrid working model that combines remote work with office time in the Netherlands.

You will analyze opportunities, design and test new ideas, and contribute to building and refining platform products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of low-code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities and market trends.
• Contribute ideas and design/test solutions.
• Build and improve products in the platform with colleagues.
• Participate in PIs and agile rituals to plan and execute the roadmap.
• Provide solutions in response to customer requests.
