Qualifications

• 6–8 years of onsite IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow for incident, request, and asset management.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and workplace connectivity support.
• Solid understanding of printing support in corporate environments.
• Excellent customer service and escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite workplace support for incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues and perform proximity interventions.
• Deliver high-quality printing support, including device configuration and queue management.
• Support hardware deployments and asset management with accurate records in ServiceNow.
• Participate in governance reviews and report incident trends and improvements.
