Job summary

Orisha Commerce, a European SaaS group, seeks a Customer Success Manager for our Tweakwise product to partner with enterprise clients across Europe from Zwolle. You will be the strategic partner, ensuring satisfaction, retention and growth, and you will work with the Head of Sales & Customer Success.

You will own retention, adoption, and expansion, align our software value with client goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar B2B SaaS Customer Success Management role.
• Solid account management experience within SaaS with a strong commercial mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Compliance-minded with strict information security rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationships and maximize retention for strategic accounts from contract signing onward.
• Accelerate product adoption and customer value through training and best practices.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue.
