Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with a growing SaaS client base across Europe. You will partner with internal teams to design scalable engagement programs, drive adoption, and help increase retention.

Qualifications

1+ years of commercial, customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
Solid experience working within a SaaS environment.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, monitor account health scores, and resolve client risks.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and scale client success programs to elevate satisfaction, adoption, and product self-sufficiency.
Drive customer retention as the primary focus, reducing churn and partnering with Sales for expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Tech & Product, and Support to streamline the end-to-end customer journey.
Lead structured, high-touch communications with assigned accounts for strategic alignment and trust.
Host webinars, best-practice sessions, demos, and release training to empower users.
