Job summary

Landal is seeking a Head of Revenue Transformation & Governance to act as strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will establish governance, execution discipline and cross-functional alignment to deliver the Revenue Management & Sales strategy from planning to delivery.

In this role you will oversee the Revenue transformation portfolio, coordinate executive decision-making, and drive the product and offer development agenda from strategic definition through to market introduction.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, combining strategy and data-driven commercial work.
• Experience in Revenue Management, pricing or commercial planning is preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills with a technical background.
• Excellent executive-level communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and operating rhythm of Revenue Management & Sales organisation.
• Coordinate the Revenue transformation roadmap across markets and horizons.
• Lead product and offer development with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment of strategy with key commercial decisions and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations.
