Landal, a leading European holiday provider, seeks a Head of Revenue Transformation & Governance. You will partner with the CRO to establish governance, drive the Revenue Management & Sales agenda, and steer the product and offer development roadmap from concept to market introduction.

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, align strategic direction with commercial decisions and enable senior leaders to focus on performance and value creation across markets from Amsterdam in a hybrid

Formación

• At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Revenue Management, pricing or commercial planning.
• Experience in product, proposition or offer development and transformation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own governance and operating rhythm of Revenue Management & Sales.
• Coordinate the revenue transformation roadmap across multi-year horizon.
• Lead strategic workstream for product and offer development, build roadmaps and business cases.
• Coordinate forecasting, budgeting and performance planning with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare executive materials and performance narratives for decision-making.
• Drive alignment between revenue strategy and product, trading and innovation decisions.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and escalate where needed across Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations and Product.
