Landal GreenParks is seeking a Head of Revenue Transformation & Governance to partner with the CRO. You will establish governance, execution discipline and cross-functional alignment to deliver the Revenue Management & Sales strategy.

A central part is leading the strategic workstream for product and offer development, shaping direction, priorities and roadmaps. You will oversee the Revenue transformation portfolio, coordinate executive decisions and ensure consistency between strategic

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally combining strategy consulting with data-driven commercial work.
• Experience in Revenue Management, pricing or commercial planning is preferred.
• Experience in product, proposition or offer development is relevant.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication and influence without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own governance and operating rhythm of Revenue Management & Sales, incl. decision-making and planning standards.
• Coordinate the Revenue transformation roadmap across a multi-year horizon.
• Lead strategic workstream for product and offer development, translating opportunities into priorities and roadmaps.
• Coordinate revenue forecasting, budgeting and performance planning for executive decisions.
• Prepare executive materials, reporting and performance narratives.
• Drive alignment between revenue strategy and product/trading decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations and others.
