Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to partner with sales and internal stakeholders, translating customer requirements into technical solutions on the Workiva platform. You will uncover needs, deliver platform-based outcomes, and provide feedback for product improvements.

The role focuses on connecting customers' software ecosystems with Workiva data management, data automation, and practical AI applications, acting as a Strategic Platform Advisor across a dynamic territory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related career experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting (e.g., Big 4) with a background in solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience similar

Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead for sales opportunities as it relates to integration and data management externally and within the Workiva platform
• Bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs in the sales process
• Guide IT conversations about the Workiva platform within a customer’s technology ecosystem
• Develop relationships with regional sales directors and customer-facing teams to determine challenges and requirements
• Provide leadership with cross-functional Workiva resources in customer initiatives
• Design customized solutions to meet customer needs and transform finance processes
• Create or adapt custom demo solutions for customers and prospects
• Manage projects and relationships with larger customers with broader needs
• Mentor and train other team members
