Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to act as the strategic technical lead across enterprise opportunities in finance. You will drive data management, integrations, and AI-driven value messaging, collaborating with sales and IT leaders to demonstrate Workiva’s platform value.

You will tailor demonstrations, build proofs of concept, and work with teams to modernise finance workflows while expanding opportunities across Investments, Insurance and Banking sectors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or related roles in a complex enterprise tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead for enterprise sales opportunities, focusing on integration and data management.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to understand challenges and desired outcomes.
• Lead solution discovery and value-based conversations across Workiva’s core solutions.
• Provide technical presentations, demos and value messaging for Financial Services customers.
• Design customised solutions and prototypes demonstrating Workiva value.
• Develop demonstration environments with cross-functional teams.
