Job summary

Workiva seeks a Principal Solution Consultant - AI to drive strategic sales by evangelizing AI capabilities and a governed platform. You will engage architecture teams and C-level executives to define AI strategies, focusing on data governance, integration, and model orchestration.

Partner with Sales, Product, and InfoSec to articulate why a governed core is essential. You will shape AI roadmaps, deliver high-impact demos, and advocate for defensible, production-ready outputs with our API-first

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical, customer-facing experience in presales solution consulting or related roles.
• Minimum of 3 years focused on enterprise AI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy across pursuits and mentor other Solution Consultants.
• Manage cross-functional discovery with Finance, GRC, Sustainability, IT/Security teams.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and reference architectures showing API-first integration.
• Shape product direction by sharing field insights with product and leadership teams.
• Represent Workiva publicly via events, thought leadership, and executive briefings.
