Job summary

Philips is seeking a Planning Transformation Program Leader to steer end‑to‑end ISC transformation, deploying digital planning solutions and AI to improve competitiveness, resilience and margins. This senior role translates global strategy into actionable programs and leads cross‑functional delivery across markets and functions.

You will mentor project managers, define KPIs, and manage scope, timeline, and resources while ensuring transparent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in program management, transformation leadership, or related roles.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies.
• Experience in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling complex programs.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong data analysis and use of Excel/PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost management knowledge.
• Hands-on with advanced digital planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Convert global strategy into high‑impact transformation plans for ISC.
• Establish KPIs, ROI tracking and governance across workstreams.
• Lead complex programs ensuring end‑to‑end delivery of outcomes.
• Develop detailed program plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Oversee interdependencies and secure timely realization of benefits.
• Coordinate across businesses, markets and functions including IT.
• Mentor project managers and analysts to build transformation capability.
• Communicate program value to executives and stakeholders; enable change.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Philips quality standards.
