Job summary

Philips in Best, Netherlands, seeks a leader to drive Digitalization of Innovation across R&D. You will define the innovation data model, create a connected digital thread, and embed AI-enabled capabilities into product development to accelerate life-saving solutions worldwide.

You will partner with R&D, Quality, and PMO, guiding adoption of maturity models and KPIs while coaching teams to raise digital capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale digitalization or transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating data models or digital strategies into practical solutions.
• Strong program and project leadership in complex product development.
• Ability to drive organizational change and adoption at scale.
• Experience influencing senior R&D leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for leveraging AI and data to improve innovation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digitalization of Innovation program from strategy to execution.
• Define and operationalize the common innovation data model across R&D.
• Build a seamless digital thread connecting data, decisions, and activities.
• Embed digitalization, data-driven practices, and AI into development processes.
• Drive adoption of digitalization maturity models and KPIs.
• Partner with R&D Excellence, PMO, Quality, and product teams to align capabilities.
• Influence stakeholders across units to turn strategy into practice.
• Coach teams to strengthen digital capabilities and adoption.
