Job summary

Philips is seeking a Planning Transformation Program Leader to translate global strategy into end-to-end supply chain initiatives, deploying digital planning tools and AI to improve competitiveness, resilience and margin across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC).

You will lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs, manage programs with clear milestones, and communicate progress to senior leadership while ensuring governance and value realization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 10 years in Supply Chain Planning/Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in program management or transformation leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interdependencies.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Hands-on experience with advanced digital planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate global strategy into actionable transformation programs.
• Establish KPIs, ROI tracking and governance across transformation workstreams.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs with end-to-end delivery of outcomes.
• Develop detailed program plans, milestones, risk mitigation and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across businesses, markets and IT.
• Mentor project managers and analysts to build transformation capability.
• Communicate progress to executives and align stakeholders.
