Philips is seeking a Planning Transformation Program Leader to drive end-to-end planning transformation across the ISC. You will translate global executive direction into actionable programs, lead cross-functional delivery, and ensure measurable impact on competitiveness and margin.

With 10+ years in supply chain and 5+ in transformation, you will mentor leaders, align stakeholders, and embed continuous improvement while managing regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning/Management, with 5+ years in transformation leadership or program leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with advanced digital planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate global strategy into actionable transformation programs.
• Lead end-to-end planning transformation with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs, ROI tracking and governance for value realization.
• Mentor project managers and analysts to build ISC capability.
• Communicate program value to executives with transparent progress updates.
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement across the program.
