  • Facilitates effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring transparency, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining program momentum.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, transparent progress updates, and rapid resolution of concerns

Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensures strict adherence to regulatory requirements and Philips’ internal quality standards by embedding best practices into all facets of supply chain program management, maintaining compliance and upholding Philips’ commitment to excellence.

  • Champions and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, knowledge and best practice sharing across teams within the program and across the organization.
