Job summary

Philips is seeking a senior leader to build and head the global SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI organization. You will shape future supply-chain capabilities, turn data into stronger business decisions, and drive practical AI adoption across SPS in a global health-technology environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define architecture principles, and partner with IT to deliver scalable technology solutions while ensuring data integrity and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of global supply-chain experience, including design, data science or transformation.
• Experience leading large global organizations and multi-layer management.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and cross-functional integration.
• Strong capability in supply-chain design, analytics, processes and data architecture.
• Experience with IT and business-intelligence techniques, methods and tools.
• Experience identifying high-value AI use cases and scaling AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy.
• Create and evaluate end-to-end supply-chain concepts and scenarios aligned with strategies.
• Drive SPS innovation and transformation initiatives with data integrity and architecture.
• Collaborate with Philips SCCoE, Service CoE, and IT to ensure scalable tech solutions.
• Lead experts and managers who design processes, data structures and tools creating business value.
• Lead IT investment planning and secure support for projects and upgrades.
• Transform SPS into a data-insights-driven organization supporting strategy decisions.
• Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda and scale AI-driven value across SPS.
• Drive parts-sales growth by identifying value opportunities and improving delivery performance.
• Build and integrate a global organization across locations and leadership layers.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across SPS, IT and business organizations.
