Job summary

Philips is seeking a SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI Leader to build and lead the global SPS organization within Service Parts Supply Chain. You will shape future capabilities, translate data into stronger business decisions and drive practical AI adoption across SPS for improved customer experience and productivity.

You will own data and process architecture, design end-to-end supply-chain concepts, and collaborate with IT and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global supply-chain leadership, design or analytics.
• Proven track record leading large global organizations and transformation.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, SCM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy.
• Create and evaluate end-to-end supply-chain concepts aligned with business strategies.
• Drive SPS innovation and transformation while safeguarding data integrity and standards.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead experts and managers who design processes, data structures and tools with measurable business value.
• Drive annual IT investment-planning to support projects and upgrades.
• Transform SPS into a data-insights-driven organization for better decision-making.
• Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda, identify high-value uses, drive adoption and scale value.
• Identify opportunities to grow parts-sales with strong delivery performance.
• Build and integrate a global organization across locations and functions.
