Philips is seeking a Planning Transformation Program Leader to drive end-to-end planning transformation across the Integrated Supply Chain. You will translate executive vision into actionable programs, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and ensure measurable improvements in competitiveness, resilience, and margin performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 10 years in Supply Chain Planning/Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in program management or transformation leadership.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies.
• Experience with digital planning solutions and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate global strategy into local transformation plans.
• Establish KPIs, ROI tracking, and governance across workstreams.
• Lead complex programs ensuring end-to-end delivery of outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive program plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with IT and business units.
• Mentor project managers and analysts to build transformation capability.
• Communicate program value and progress to executives.
