Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Transformation Lead / Business Advisor to drive a large-scale Tactical Planning Transformation Program. The role requires deep planning expertise across MFP, assortment, demand forecasting, and supply planning, with a track record of implementing complex planning systems and bridging business with IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail planning, supply chain planning or Integrated Business Planning.
• Strong experience implementing planning transformations and end-to-end planning solutions.
• Ability to bridge business and IT and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Tactical Planning Advisor to the End-to-End Business Owner.
• Assess and design planning capabilities across multiple domains (Merchandise Financial Planning, Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning).
• Support change management, governance, and adoption of new planning processes.
