Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd represents a premium international hotel group recruiting a Regional Director of Sales for the Netherlands. You will lead the regional commercial performance for a multi-property portfolio, shaping sales culture and driving revenue growth across key segments.

You will build and guide high-performing sales teams, establish pricing and distribution standards, and nurture executive-level relationships with key accounts and partners while traveling across the portfolio to seize

Qualifications

6+ years in hotel sales, including multi-property leadership
Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
Ability to build, inspire and retain high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with sales tech, forecasting and budgeting
Established relationships with corporate clients, agencies & MICE
English fluency; Dutch a plus, willing to travel regularly

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and market-share growth across a portfolio of hotels
Lead, coach, and develop Sales teams across multiple properties
Drive results across corporate, MICE, leisure, groups, and OTA partnerships
Set pricing, account management, and business development standards
Build executive relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and industry stakeholders
Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to maximize top-line performance
Represent the region in quarterly commercial reviews with senior leadership
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
