Van Oord is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive hiring opportunities globally. You take ownership of vacancies, partner with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines while focusing on quality and outcomes.

You will connect with stakeholders, use data and market insights to continually improve your approach, and contribute to a best-in-class candidate experience. English is essential, Dutch a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of recruitment experience.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and other channels.
• Use recruitment data to influence decisions and improve hiring performance.
• Experience with recruitment systems, preferably Avature.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment process from intake to hiring.
• Develop recruitment strategies that match business needs.
• Proactively identify and engage scarce talent using sourcing techniques.
• Utilize labor market insights and data to improve decisions.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding, Global Mobility and HR.
