Job summary

Korn Ferry in the Netherlands is seeking a Recruiter to partner with Hiring Managers and design effective hiring strategies for current and forecasted vacancies within your region.

As a trusted, consultative partner, you will manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, leveraging direct sourcing, screening and assessment techniques, and building premium candidate experiences while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment across corporate or agency environments.
• Ability to partner with HR, business leaders and candidates.
• Proven track record of delivering creative and proactive hiring strategies.
• Experience with D&I sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Written and spoken Dutch and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full recruitment cycles for current and forecasted vacancies.
• Brief hiring managers, advise on sourcing and selection strategies.
• Execute recruitment strategies using direct sourcing, screening, and assessment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
