Qualifications

• Master degree completed.
• Previous recruiting experience.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and recruitment events.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries.
• Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up).
• Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
• Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts.
