ALT 21 is seeking an Account Director to lead our largest, most strategic client relationships end-to-end, with full closing and execution rights across our product set and platform. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the commercial output of your team, with full closing and execution rights across our product set.

You will build and grow a team of Analysts and BDRs, shape enterprise growth strategy, and partner with operations, onboarding and product to deliver solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise or strategic account sales.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Ability to operate autonomously with strong commercial judgement.

Responsabilités

• Own ALT 21's largest and most strategic client relationships end-to-end, with full closing and execution rights across the product set.
• Drive enterprise-level revenue growth, landing accounts with longer sales cycles and more complex structuring.
• Build, lead and grow a team of Analysts, BDRs and Senior BDRs, setting the standard for how the team sells.
• Step in as an S2 closer whenever a colleague needs support landing a deal.
• Represent ALT 21 at a senior, commercial level with strategic clients and partners.
• Take ultimate accountability for your team's commercial output, not just your own number.
