Job summary

Alt21 Limited, a FX hedging technology company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Amsterdam to own a personal book of business end-to-end, closing deals solo from first contact to close, and to act as the senior presence on the floor.

You will mentor Analysts and BDRs, collaborate with Head of Sales, and drive strategic revenue. The role blends hands-on selling with leadership and cross-functional collaboration across operations and onboarding to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing B2B sales solo.
• Strong knowledge of spot and forward FX products.
• Ability to manage personal revenue targets and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a personal book of business end-to-end, from prospecting through to solo close, hitting monthly targets.
• Maintain a high outbound activity level (50 communications/day) to fuel your pipeline.
• Execute spot and forward FX deals directly for clients, owning both sale and trade.
• Step in as closer when required to help colleagues close deals.
• Act as a mentor for Analysts and BDRs, sharing technique and product knowledge.
• If requested by Head of Sales, manage day-to-day development and pipeline as a first step into leadership.
