Job summary

Kramer Poole Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager Energy – Europe for our client, a leading global logistics provider. You will drive strategic development for a key energy accounts portfolio, managing complex internal and external networks and influencing decision-makers across regions.

Responsibilities include account mapping, running QBRs, ensuring SOP compliance, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years successful sales or account management or operations experience in freight forwarding, logistics and/or transportation industry.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall business relationship with clients.
• Account mapping and coordination of regional/global teams.
• Run QBRs and ensure they are prepared.
• Ensure SOPs are understood and followed across offices.
• Create, monitor and distribute reports; responsible for performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategy with internal resources.
• Travel within region to visit accounts and company offices as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
