Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking a Strategic Account Director for its data centre sector in Europe. You will develop and grow relationships with senior leaders, shape energy strategies, and deliver energy solutions that meet operational, commercial, and sustainability goals across the region.

You will lead complex negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance and legal, and travel regularly across Europe to engage key customers and drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic account management and complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of energy solutions, distributed generation, renewables, or power systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and long-term retention.
• Lead negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments for complex deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal and HSE teams.
• Identify opportunities in energy-as-a-service, decarbonisation and hybrid energy.
• Travel regularly across domestic and European markets to engage customers.
