Job summary

Databricks is seeking a strategic Account Executive for the Benelux Energy sector. You will grow one of our most strategic energy customers, leading complex multi-national campaigns and coordinating with global teams and partners.

Fluency in English is required, Dutch preferred, with a focus on data, analytics and AI value realization. You will collaborate with the Global Account Manager and broader account team to shape business plans, drive use cases, and deliver measurable outcomes for

Qualifications

• Experience developing strong relationships with large global enterprises and managing virtual teams.
• Experience leading complex sales campaigns in major Energy accounts.
• Experience working in Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries.
• Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies.
• Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies with professional services and training teams.
• Experience co-selling and scaling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams) and Global Solution Integrators (GSI).
• Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
• Experience of value-based selling.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and exceed usage and booking goals.
• Lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases while proving their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Implement data and AI transformation goals through partnerships, professional services, training and executive engagement.
• Develop an understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions.
