Vinted is seeking a Chief of Staff to join the senior leadership team of the Data Science & Analytics function. You will align, engage, and drive the team, ensuring data strategies are executed and the department runs smoothly.

This fixed-term maternity cover spans about one year. You will coordinate reporting cycles, drive strategy execution, support AI integration, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain an efficient operating model.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break complex initiatives into manageable deliverables.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.
• Strong facilitation and moderation skills, with experience designing and leading workshops.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented problem solver, capable of identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating under ambiguity, with the ability to pivot quickly.

Mansioni

• Serve as trusted advisor to the VP of DSA on operating cadence, planning, and communication.
• Own and run the function’s reporting cycles end-to-end (QBRs, OKRs, All Hands).
• Coordinate development and execution of key function strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee DSA onboarding and Academy programmes.
• Own delivery of key functional events (offsites, function week).
• Maintain an efficient operating model with governance and ceremonies.
• Support integration of AI into DSA workflows.
• Coordinate senior and extended DSA leadership teams and ensure follow-through.
• Co-author vision, strategy, and standards documents as needed.
• Research industry trends and technologies to inform leadership.
