Job summary

Robert Vint is seeking a Head of Data to turn data into measurable business value across the organisation. You will partner with the CEO, CTO and senior leaders to shape the data strategy and foster a culture where data and AI inform everyday decisions.

You’ll define the data vision, governance, architecture and analytics capabilities, build a data-driven culture, and scale Generative AI and data tooling to empower across business units.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in Data, Analytics, Data Science, BI or Data Governance.
• Experience developing and implementing an organisation-wide data strategy.
• Experience working across multiple business units, countries or a decentralised organisation.
• Strong ability to connect business needs with data and technology.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall Data vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business challenges into data, analytics and AI opportunities.
• Build a strong data-driven culture and increase data literacy across the organisation.
• Establish and further develop data governance, including data quality, security, privacy and responsible AI.
• Shape the organisation's data architecture, tooling and analytics capabilities with technical teams.
• Explore and scale Generative and Agentic AI to make data and insights more accessible.
• Develop the operating model between central data teams and individual business units.
• Work closely with senior leaders, product teams, engineers and data specialists to turn strategy into action.
