Vinted is seeking a Manager of Data Science & Analytics, Payments Intelligence in Amsterdam to lead the analytics-focused Payments team. You will report to the Director of Data Science & Analytics, Payments BU and partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions across the Payments org.

The role emphasizes building scalable data products, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and delivering high-impact insights while navigating a fast-paced growth environment at Vinted.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on data, analytics, or data engineering background.
• Experience leading a domain or large team preferred.
• Strong ability to connect technical decisions to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead an analytics-focused team of Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists and Decision Scientists.
• Build scalable data-products and ensure data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, Compliance and Finance stakeholders.
