Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking a Team Lead of Data Science & Analytics, Marketing - CRM to define the analytics strategy for CRM and drive measurable impact across channels. You will direct predictive modeling, segmentation, and experimentation, while mentoring a small team of decision scientists and collaborating with Marketing and Data Science teams.

You will report to the Director of Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, and partner closely with CRM leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical foundations with experience in experimentation and causal inference.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders and set strategic analytics priorities.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on analysis with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM analytics agenda: set direction and priorities, not just deliver requests.
• Set CRM measurement strategy to quantify incremental marketing impact.
• Build targeting capabilities with predictive models and segmentation.
• Turn insights into action to influence experimentation and campaigns.
• Stay hands-on ~20–50% to ensure analysis quality and unblock the team.
• Collaborate across CRM, Member Lifecycle and Marketing/Data Science teams.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Decision Scientists.
