Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking a data analytics professional to join a cross-functional product team. You’ll work with a Product Manager, Engineers, and Designers to improve the Messaging and Negotiations experience and support data-driven decision making across the Marketplace.

You’ll analyse opportunities using SQL and Python, build dashboards with Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role.
• Strong analytical thinking with business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team and stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Test and analyze opportunities using statistical methods and visualisation tools.
• Define and monitor team KPIs, flag issues, and perform root cause analyses.
• Enable self-service dashboards for business insights.
• Promote data-driven culture and best practices in analytics and decision-making.
• Ensure initiatives are reviewed for impact with stakeholders.
