Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong sales performance.

You will participate in store leadership, coach teams, and help execute store initiatives on the floor. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS systems, fulfilling Omni Channel orders, and maintaining visual displays.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
