Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Amsterdam seeks a Key Lead on the floor to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving exceptional customer experience and supporting daily sales targets.

You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni-Channel orders, and maintain product knowledge and brand awareness while building visual displays. Strong English/Dutch, energy, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
