Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Maastricht, Netherlands, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales. You’ll staff, train, and develop both part-time and full-time associates, oversee payroll, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities include coaching for product knowledge, managing inventory, OMNI-Channel operations, and delivering exceptional customer service while protecting store assets and maintaining visual displays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations and maintain customer service excellence.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management associates; manage staffing and scheduling.
