Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience on the sales floor in Amsterdam. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive store performance through customer service and daily sales targets, and act as Floor Supervisor within the store leadership team.

Expect at least 24 hours per week with Saturday/Sunday availability, and peak-time hours may increase. The role offers a competitive starting salary and incentives, plus merchandise discount and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
