Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Amsterdam is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni-channel orders, and drive sales while maintaining product knowledge and visual displays. The role emphasizes strong communication and customer focus with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
