Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor/managerial experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
• Language proficiency: CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch required.

Compensation

Full‑time starting rate is €33,196.80 annually (full‑time recruiting pay range €33,196.80 – €33,196.80).
