Job summary

CELINE in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable in the store environment while delivering exceptional service. You will contribute to sales goals, advise customers, share the story behind CELINE products, and proactively propose complementary items, while participating in store operations and maintaining brand standards.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a third language a plus, and a strong team spirit and organized, rigorous

• More than 2 years in a similar stock control role in fashion/luxury.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales development and achieve store sales objectives.
• Welcome and advise customers and provide excellent service.
• Share product stories and deliver expertise.
• Proactively propose complementary products.
• Support store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
