Job summary

CELINE in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to warmly welcome clients, advise on products and deliver exceptional service. You will share the brand story, suggest complementary items and build lasting relationships while supporting stock control, visual merchandising and store operations.

The role emphasizes brand ambassador duties, active participation in the store's life, and alignment with CELINE’s premium standards. Fluency in Dutch and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position in fashion, luxury environment.
• Experience in stock control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of sales and achievement of common sale objectives.
• Welcome and advise customers and provide the best service.
• Share the story behind our products and deliver our expertise.
• Be proactive and propose complementary products.
• Build privileged and lasting relationships with customers to aid retention.
• Participate in visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service and inventory management.
• Comply with internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the house.
• Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group.
