Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Store Manager in Amsterdam to oversee daily retail operations, drive commercial objectives, and deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will own the P&L, lead a large team, and collaborate with Head Office to align brand standards. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a minimum Masters/Bachelor degree and 10 years of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store performance and stay aware of market trends.
• Take responsibility of the P&L.
• Identify areas of improvement and work with managers on action plans.
• Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset and CRM objectives.
• Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team.
• Provide floor presence to support sales across categories.
• Be the link between Head Office and store.
• Be ambassador of the brand and ensure best client experience.
• Handle delicate customer situations when needed.
• Ensure processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Oversee stock, store planning, and store digitization efforts (Power BI).
• Recruit and develop talent, nurture team performance and culture.
