Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Client Advisor for our Amsterdam store starting November 2026. You will welcome and assist clients, convey the CELINE story, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will actively participate in store operations and contribute to digital initiatives while building lasting relationships with customers. Fluent in English and Dutch, you will be an ambassador of the CELINE brand, delivering personalized service, product knowledge, and a premium

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge and storytelling ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Willingness to engage with digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of sales and achieve common sales objectives.
Welcome and advise customers and provide the best customer service.
Share the story behind products and deliver expertise.
Be proactive and propose complementary products.
Build privileged, lasting relationships to recruit and retain customers.
Be actively involved in store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
Respect internal procedures and guidelines.
Support the house's digital evolution.
Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group.
Endorse the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.
