Job summary

Nostrion is building a sovereign AI platform for organizations handling sensitive data under strict regulatory and security standards. We seek a Product Manager to own the product roadmap, translating market needs and customer requirements into scalable platform features.

You will collaborate across the CTO, AI engineers, forward deployment engineers, UX/UI, and customers to shape the product and drive adoption in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product ownership, consulting or business analysis.
• Analytical and structured approach with comfort in ambiguity.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product decisions.
• Good communication with engineers, AI specialists, designers and stakeholders.
• Experience with AI products, enterprise software, UI/UX, regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and translate market needs into scalable features.
• Work with CTO, AI Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers, UX/UI and customers to align the roadmap.
• Define requirements, prioritize features, validate assumptions and ensure scalable product value.
• Collaborate across business, technology, users and delivery to avoid over-customization.
• Contribute to product discovery and validation with customers to shape platform direction.
